In the Gilding Class at Tust Studio, Students will learn the basics of the art of gilding with composition gold, aluminum and copper. Change and enhance the different metals with acids and glazes. Apply leaf to a carved surface and antique it. Create a patina sample using metal colored paints and verdigris colors, and a decorative design board using bronze powder.
